Meet the Team

Deirdre Marcus

Deirdre has spent her most of her working life in the space of people development. Working for a number of international organisations exposed her to various industries and enhanced her understanding of behavioural management.

She joined her husband, Prof Roy Marcus in the ongoing development of his post graduate business school where she has furthered her interest in the field of ‘social systems’. To enhance this knowledge, she registered for an international coaching programme, where the lessons learnt complement her approach to systemic thinking. As with her husband, Deirdre believes that as humans, we have to have a finely tuned understanding of our intellectual and emotional personas - ‘you cannot lead others in the absence of self-awareness’. She too participates in wood turning, motorbike touring and photography.
