Roy Marcus

Professor Roy Marcus has spent his life being involved in both academia and the business world and has always had a passion for the development of people. This passion is only equalled by his passion for opera and classical music - a passion learnt from his parents who were devoted to the art of music.

The past 20 odd years has seen Roy starting and growing a private post graduate business school, which focuses on leadership development from a systemic perspective. Being passionate about systems thinking, he has endeavoured to instil a culture of balance between the world of work and the arts, believing that as human systems, we all need to understand the importance of integrating our intellectual worlds with those of our creative and emotional worlds.

His other interests are wood turning, touring on his motorbike and dabbling in photography.
